By accessing or using the NyayaShodh application ("the App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
NyayaShodh is an AI-powered legal assistant application designed for lawyers in India. It provides document analysis, legal guidance, and document generation services. The App is intended for use by legal professionals and should not be considered a substitute for professional legal advice.
3. User Accounts and Credits
To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. The App operates on a credit-based system. New users receive 20 free credits upon sign-up, which expire after 30 days if unused. Additional credits can be purchased through the App.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are solely responsible for any content you upload, transmit, or display while using the App. You must not use the App to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
5. Intellectual Property
All content and materials available on the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, are the property of NyayaShodh or its content suppliers and protected by Indian and international copyright laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
NyayaShodh and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use of the App or any content provided through the App.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App and all information, content, materials, products, and services included on or otherwise made available to you through the App are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. NyayaShodh makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the App or the information, content, materials, products, or services included on or otherwise made available to you through the App.
8. Data Privacy and Security
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You agree that NyayaShodh may collect, use, and disclose your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Modifications to Service
NyayaShodh reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the App (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that NyayaShodh shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the App.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
